To earn 0.5 bitcoin per month you have to invest money from your pocket either to build bitcoin related service or to invest in trusted gambling site's bankroll or to run own bitcoin casino. I haven't seen any faucet owner earning that amount in profit by just giving away free bitcoin, so if you like to earn that amount per month, you have to invest in start.
