I've put in an order for 2 Single SCs just recently.  My impression is that they aren't very competent or experienced when it comes to project management but it isn't a scam.  Anyway I have gained much more from the btc price rise than I am risking on these machines, if they ever materialise, so I am not that worried.  They seem to be giving refunds to those that want out.
