The probability of 6.5:5 (or worse) happening is CDF[Erl] 0.772224 which means about 1 in 22 blocks
The probability of 103.6:79 (or worse) happening is CDF[Erl] 0.994766 which means about 1 in 15,093 blocks .... and yes it has got WORSE since then.
