So cointrader gave me an excellent idea. To start avatar bonuses. I have created a beautiful avatar. For those than can change their avatar, I will be giving out bonuses each week. It will follow the same pay rate as the signature bonus.

I have made the avatar the best quality I can with the max size that bitcointalk will allow.
