Got $104 on paypal, want to exchange them for BTC or ETH or Payeer. I'm ok with using escrow.

Funds on paypal account are 100% legal, i can send you screenshots as a proof. But the account is verified via VCC and VBA (currently 80%, phone dropped, but can verify again).

Escrow is ok. I prefer to deal with trusted members.

Please reply with your fee offer in %, since price of btc is unstable, as usual...

If you got other ideas/advises - please post, i'm so sick of them being stuck there, already tired of this paypal bs...
