, are about the fact that a particular firmware, S9v1 has REALLY bad luck on the pool.To the point where it is unlikely to just be "bad luck"
Does bitmain know about the bad luck of the S9v1 on this pool? I don't need it but I can certainly understand why some people need the manual frequency. I'm not saying it would ever happen but if enough people complained.(with the bad luck numbers) Maybe they would release a fw v2 with manual frequency.
However, in the past any contact with BitmainWarranty has often not got to Bitmain in China or China just ignores it ...
I have on a few rare occasions spoken to someone in Bitmain China but I'm not fond of them and no doubt they feel the same way about me
Interesting comment today ... someone with over 100 S9 (something like 120 I think) said he gets 8 repaired ... each month ...
I asked the BitmainWarranty guy how many they repair each week.
Apparently he couldn't answer that
