im always asking "are you accepting btc?" to all shops in Turkey. but sometimes staffs are know what is btc. we need more academic presentation. if everyone knows, they accept it. we need to spread it.
Not all of the local businesses know about Bitcoin and for encouraging it in our local businesses we have to take the start. If you start a local shop in your area with discount and attract the buyers to you then people will come to you and other store owners will also start to accept bitcoin.
