It is possible but don't you think smarter(faster or admins) people know and see such opportunities? I once tried to sell an altcoin since price was so high in some exchange and went on buying in another exchange and was so happy that I didn't check first to find out deposit is disabled where price was high.
I believe there is always a catch in doing that, would it be the admins of those services doing it themselves and will never let you and I to be successful in doing it?
But I doubt that fees could have any real impacts on profit, simply there are automated trades taking place by using bots and only way to get a head of others is using bots.
