Have you tried contacting their support ,if so what is their stand on this,i know they have the bad reputation when it comes to support,the possibility is that your computer does have a back door or someone installed  a key logger and hacked your account and only their technical support could verify that.I am sure that Yobit wont scam you for such a small amount since the exchange is worth more than that.
