From what I can see, the price margin between btc-e and bitfinex for BTC/USD as of right now is 49 USD.
Is it feasible to buy BTC from btc-e, and sell on bitfinex? Or do the fees completely kill the profit?

you can easily do a mental math yourself. all the numbers are available for you to see on each site either on a page called /fees or you can see it in your wallet.

if it was possible many would have been doing it already.
