ya, it seems he has mined like 3 million b4 launching it but says its "not a premine"? with cryptonotes thats YUUUUUUUGEEEE, he will hold most the coins for MONTHS
just because you mine normally for a month b4 launching, STILL makes it a premine haha. Dosent have to be a "block 1" thing
