if the wallet says insufficient fund there's a problem with the inserted sum i can't see in the screenshot the amout and if you selected or not to subtract fee to amout.
Can't see amount? Very strange 
It can be clearly seen on my screnshot:
I did all as you said: enabled the checkbox in settings > option > wallet > enable coin control features and restarted the wallet. After that, clicked on Send > Coin Control Feature > Inputs and selected the inputs. Total size in bytes is 966 bytes. Also, Transaction fee was "Recommended".
