I agree with this, but that's the way Theymos runs the forum.  That's how the bitcoin community is in general--you protect yourself.  But that's why noobs need to beware of people here and use escrow.  Scammers don't get any sort of consequences other than what we ourselves dish out.  Always check a person's trust here, and even then you can't rely on that completely.
