Maybe he just want to gamble a little with some bitcoin he has left. For most people gambling is also a kind of relaxation. Just let him burn some of his money if he want that. Maybe he got lucky and win some.

If he really wants to lose his money then no need to ask any suggestion for others just play slot games with a high range within few minutes he will lose his capital.
