It is hilarious, although his turnover is 19, he still defeated raptors, which I think he is the real mvp, no matter how many turnovers he has. Westbrook has many turnsovers too
What matters is at the end of the game they won. Harden is truly a real MVP and he just found a good teammates now that could help him in times he needs support, if he can continue to do this impressive stats, there's no doubt he will win the MVP race this season, Westrbrook is his closest rival but I doubt this time if the Thunder will reach to playoffs.
