That price on that website does not include any value of the trust that is on the account even if it has any green trust on the account which is more valuable to account buyers.
And does not include the fact that it is enrolled in a signature campaign that once you by it you automatically make 0.045btc on a weekly basis that once more adds value to that "basic" price that is just a price for generic hero account with out including any of these features of this account.

You do not get that from if it was a bought or farmed account which I usually sell so this one is unique in that way to be asking for this price.
If you want to negotiate the price then do so but you must come up with the justified reasons of why you are asking for such a price as I have just did for my asking price.
