No he just ran with the rest of the coins he deposited and the profits and with the initial hick ups he won 2.41 bitcoin if you did not notice.Either way good played and good luck moka555.

We credited his withdrawal as soon as it was possible. It was when he was around 6 btc in profit.

Are my support tickets and messages ever going to get a response?

Their support should be a little faster now that the holidays are over. But in general sometimes the only way to get your ticket answered is to open up another ticket or complain in this thread until the mods notice and finally get it resolved.

They really need to hire extra staff. Just don't understand. One of the richest BTC on the web and they can't hire a few low level tech support guys to handle these issues.

Complaining here is the best way to get things fixed or just talk to Micro when he is in the chat. I understand that they are busy with a new member of the support team. I don't know with how many people they are now but I am afraid it's just Micro. So if they gonna double the team  Grin is already should go better.
