You sure he's correct. The coins the dev team will be holding will be dished out for bounties so they will eventually hit the market.

The average price per coin is indeed 68 sat.
But investors get it for 85 sat for now. This is the number which matters the most.
That's the effect of premine (Dev fund). 20% is not a small number, so it makes some difference.
Anyway the scenario with all coins hitting the market is an unlikely one (given the devs are honest). And hopefully the price will rise, so it can accommodate bounties when they hit the market.
Now I understand it better. Im not selling any of mine before 1000 sat anyway so 60 some or 80 some is almost negligible.
I will sell at 10x and maybe some before.
Atleast the dev fund is public so we can all keep an eye on it.
