Unless you have at least some proof to back this up, making such allegations in this thread is wrongful. A post without proof is worthless to me.
I don't know what to make out of this yet. This is one of the reasons for which I avoided registering to that website.
I can say for sure they were different people (I have shipped items to both of them opposite ends of the planet). I have no way of knowing if marco sold his account or vice versa, but I really doubt QS would ever sell his account.
I'd rather suspect marco being sold to QS, than it being the other way around. You never know with these types of things though.
