URSAY, I was just wondering how you were planning on handling the cases where an email was sent that specifically stated there was no coupon code needed, and then when the funds didn't show up you encouraged individuals to post details of their orders, which unbeknownst to them contained a unidentified coupon code...

I know I haven't lost as much as some of the others on here, but this is still unacceptable.
