I think If Satoshi reveals himself, their will be no changes to bitcoin, except he start selling his Bitcoins (1 Million bitcoins) that will just

Probably. But if he doesn't have access to those funds anymore, due to the loss of the corresponding private key, then he may not be able to dump the BTC.
Still, it would be best if Satoshi remains hidden, as revealing himself would have a very negative effect for Bitcoin in both price and user interest. Perhaps one of the things that gave Bitcoin's value is the unknown identity of its creator.
Nevertheless, it would be quite interesting to see what happens at some point in the future, when Satoshi gets revealed. Maybe he's dead or maybe not.
