I purchased something via PayPal, which the seller refunded to me. It is showing up as refund "completed" on PayPal, but not showing on my GBP debit card after 3 days. Is there any issue with PayPal refunds to a virtual debit card ?

the refund processed by your shop merchant (here is paypal) and it out of our control
we only show card balance when money come ( it normal take from 5 to 15 working days ) we can not do it faster. you always make sure merchant confirmed they make refund. some merchant they do manual refund could take delay by their staff
