You don't have to be an expert on anything, or rely on somebody else being an expert to see that this pattern of having to replace a broken coin clone after 8 months, using "whales" for alpha test (seriously, size of the bag makes you qualified as a software tester?), and not being able to deliver anything on time may be an indication of something.
