This is interesting but I doubt you'll be able to get all the tech from all those coins into yours. Zcash/XMR and DASH are all anon coins that do things differently. XMR doesn't need masternodes for mixing and Zcash uses something else so I'm guessing you'll only be able to use the technology from one of those coins.

For a consensus system choose dpos with unlimited witnesses. 1 coin per block. 3 second blocks. .. Why not use bitshares as the base and add anonimity to it. Just make sure you release windows binaries for the node and cli wallet so that anyone can be a block producer.

Bitshares base with built in DEX, ETH's smart contract module, Zcash anonymity and a good marketplace. Shit, thats gonna take forever to code. Good luck.
