I dont want to mix Bitfinex with PD story . Like i said txids are not evidence. Anyone could be owning multiple bitcoin address and just transferring back and forth to make it look like an evidence.
Again, they don't owe you any evidence. And I'm not sure what exactly you think happens in a hack? A hack doesn't leave some cryptographically verifiable evidence of a hack.

I refuse to agree with 'they dont owe us any evidence'. They mentioned in their article not only once, multiple times that them giving out this higher payouts are living proof of how dedicated they are towards their integrity. I believe this whole article are a way of attracting High rollers who are already playing on other sites or prospective high rollers who, after reading this story will be convinced enough to bet higher.
