Converting to cash is something you can even do before your trip, I wouldn't count it as using Bitcoins.

Cheating ? I will use tools and services linked to bitcoin too. I will try and make it as accessible as possible and thus it shuld be a nice experience to try to maximize myself with BTC use rather then just a creditswipe for instance. As mentioned before if I need cash lets say and there is an ATM why not use it ? THIS IS WHY they have that kind of stuff
