He was saying, if he strongly believe PrimeDice was scamming, he could do that, but since PrimeDice is active since 2013, I highly doubt it's here to scam after all these years.
Primedice is been "scammed" once by Hufflepuff and his alts, but that's it, it never scammed it's customers.
