Q.E.D. Third address banned or what happened there ...
Note that I read your previous message too and I find your description of the situation unclear.
How do you know your IP address is banned, and how come you have 3 IP addresses?
I have one cable and two mobile interent. I went with the cable and the page is not loaded at all. I come from mobile and normally up to a certain point. Then after some time and then it is no longer loaded. I went with the VPS US - again loaded.
I have 4 computers and 3 different Internet.
