What i have done is:

1 PCIE 6 PIN to -> 3 x molex (GND, +12V) , rest, mean 3.3V and secound GND is powered from molex/SATA.

Work great for 3-4 mounths now.

Are you talking about something like this ?

So I will no use those cable with 4 SATA
But I found the two others cables who had burn and they have 4 molex ..

I was using this riser :

which I will replaced with Phil's risers
And RX 480 was not overclocked

Do not ever use SATA hdd extender for riser.   Use any other PCI-e connector. Molex, standard PCI-e to SATA (in your case SATA to PCI-e) will be fine.
DO NOT EVER POWER molex connectors on the H81 btc mobo. It will create a feedback loop and either fry your motherboard or your sata cables) .. In you case you have already fried sata cables.

LEPA PSU us good as long as it does not die. As someone suggested above; use PCI-e 6 pin splitter and connect one end to PSU and other (split end) to USB riser and graphics card. once again.. DO NOT power molex connectors on H81btc mobo it will fry your mobo.

Let me know when it works (I am sure that it is going to work).. I will send you my ZEC address once you let me know that its working. Cheers my miner bud
I will try without molex on the h81 ! Hope it will not fry my motherboard
Where can I find those "PCI-e 6 pin splitter" ?
Thanks a lot !

Always go for lower awg cables. Lower awg= bigger cable = more ability to carry current
I will use this if I was you

or this

There was nothing wrong with your previous USB risers. Actually it will be less messy cable management wise. 1 PCI cable from PSU enters the splitter. becomes 2 PCI .. one goes to the RX480 and other goes to the USB riser. Your PSU already has 6 PCI connectors so you should have enough connections..
