Re: [User Generated] - Known alts of anyone

So I assume Timelord2067 doesn't want to pay heed to my messages nor my thread that I created for the user's reference and mine

I assume Timelord2067's not interested in reassessing the rating left on my profile and I don't want to spend more time asking the user to do so. I feel that I have been wrongly accused of a crime I never committed and this was due to negligence of Timelord2067 and the user's ignorance. I do understand the user has a busy life but due to this if anyone misuses the trust system, it's wrong and like me today, in future the user's ratings may be based on his assumptions as he doesn't get time to READ the case and interprets the case as per his knowledge.

I feel that if a person tags ALTs of scammers/spammers, he/she should be responsible for the ratings but ignorance and negligence can just harm a genuine user's account. I feel this is mainly done so that the user can earn a DT position but it would be thorough misuse of the DT system created by Theymos if such ratings are left randomly.

@Yahoo and other DT members: I wish to know if this thread is only to track alts of spammers or even scammers? I want to know the alts of 2 scammers who scammed me in the previous year. I know I'm late in doing this but I did not know who would help me as the user was a newbie and I was not aware that even Indian payment accounts and Payza are reversible payment methods. That was negligence on my part. Is it OK if I post the accounts here?

I politely asked you to wait a couple of days while I cleared a couple of things off of my desk.

Such as this which has gone unanswered.

Does anyone actually *have* a copy of marcotheminer's PGP/GPG keys new or old?

I am doing some study of mine own and would appreciate a copy.  There's none I can see on the "Stake your PGP/GPG key" thread, unless I'm missing something?

...and an ?old? key for quickseller too please?

*edit* just thought of something else, is it still the case that KeyBase.IO is still an "by invitation from another user" website / service?

I do understand that he/she is busy and hence I opened this thread instead of sending the user another message. I'll wait for another week to see if he does reply here or via message. I've also seen the user deleting other ratings today when proof was provided (QS's rating of being marco's alt). Hopefully, the user atleast addresses this one too.

I assure you that the trust I left for marcotheminer / quickseller has not been removed by me, hence you are incorrect in what you have said  I will leave it there for another few days so that anyone can verify it is there after erikalui 's claim it was removed are false.

He seems to not care about the accuracy of his ratings, especially as of recently.

I have also noticed that many of his ratings are either outright incorrect/inaccurate or use flawed logic.

Someone recently told me that he has "jumped off the deep end" recently and I would not disagree with this discription.

I wouldn't worry about it

Archived for future reference: http://archive.is/HYFuq#selection-2071.0-2103.26 again, I have stated that I have politely asked erikalui to wait a couple of days while I clear a couple of things off of my desk.  Instead of waiting erikalui has repeatedly posted in various threads, and even started a thread all the while acknowledging that I am busy, but not actually giving me the curtesy to wait a couple of days as requested.

Regardless of any findings, I will be adding a Red Trust (because I do not trust erikalui) to their trust wall for their inpatients when dealing with others.

To clear it off of my desk, I was able to replicate the marcotheminer error using the following lifted from the original post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1702409.msg17408945#msg17408945

Anyway, I am not marco. He is based out of Switzerland (IIRC), and I am based out of the US.

Sorry you waisted your time lol

edit:
Message quoted and archived http://archive.is/fjdwR#selection-2601.0-3059.23 as requested - damn! I knew I should have verified that PGP message when I had the chance!
You still have the chance! That signed message is still there for you to verify Roll Eyes

I'm scrolling back through what shorena also said, but I can't find it now... (in relation to quickseller having an old key they (shorena) was referencing) in any event when I enter the above signed message into PGP Ver 8.1 I get the following.

*** PGP SIGNATURE VERIFICATION ***

The validity of the signature cannot be verified.

I see in other posts that keybase.io has an error in it's system and hopefully it's been rectified.

I like to think I am firm, but fair and as is shown on my trust wall I will even help out scammers who have been scammed when others are ready to sink the boot in.

Given I don't trust keybase.io and don't actively use it, I put my trust in PGP and to a lesser extent Kleopatra and they both tell me that the message really was signed by the alt known as quickseller, which I guess means quickseller now owes me one for having helped them out...

I will remove the

once people have sighted that it is still there, not removed as erikalui erroneously suggests.
