I'm not saying that yahoo did frauds, but is it the same as a shady behavior?

Promoting and even moderating a forum which the main objective is to bring down the bctalk? Working with a spammer/scammer girlbtc?
Again, moderating a forum does not implying promoting it. They are no longer associated with girlbtc according to them.

Your second issue I agree with more. There is no reason to leave a negative rating for how someone posts, as this has zero to do with their trustworthiness. Someone having bad posts is the responsibility of the forum administrators to handle not anyone else. I would not personally give any credence to anyone who leaves negative ratings for bad posts. 
If I am correct, most of these ratings were left prior to them becoming a DT member. It has been more or less resolved; see the latest post by shorena.
