How exactly can you guarantee this "non-refundable payments" part? as far as I know, every paypal payment is refundable. or maybe is there something I don't know?
We just won't refund it, you can test out us with small payments.
Also we can send as Friends&Family payment.
Friends&Family are easier to reverse.
