The release was always going to be first quarter of 2017. So until told otherwise, assume the end of March.
They were almost ready to launch on Dec 28, but were delayed because they needed to apply fixes suggested by test group.
Applying those fixes shouldn't take more than 3 to 4 weeks, unless they're rebuilding the entire platform from scratch.
"End of March" will be completely ridiculous, because that's long enough to build an entire fund management platform from scratch.
Including design, architecture, setting the infrastructure, preparing the dev environment, writing the code, testing the code, UI... and few more
You realise this platform will manage huge amount of money, do live trading on exchanges, etc
And yet you know what is best for the project, how long it should take them to apply fixes and how long it takes to build it - all that without any actual look at it, and by the way you speak without having any clue whatsoever about coding or any other IT related project..
