Do you use auto-payout system? And how to define a double spend attack? You suffer this but it can be easily prevented, like I recommend before, make the site to "deposit to account" scheme, not deposit directly to bitcoin address

but we want to run direct deposit system.

You need to think about the long run, it might cost a few $1K to hire a programmer to redesign the entire website but in the end it would pay off because you are slowly losing gamblers this way because many people are getting frustrated with getting their deposits stuck and having to come here and wait a few days to get their BTC back.
