How do you think - people will wait for hours or so for 0.0001 BTC per one time, checking mobile. Mostly players are just either playing for fun or chatting with friends through Dice site chat. Yes, they wait for rain, but it is between playing or so. 
First thing. 10k sat is not small if u get it every two hours for free. I see people wasting whole day for few sat on faucets.Second thing. I get 150k sat in rain because I have waggerred 6500 btc on that site. So ur statement doesn't seem so strong enough to claim that it's worthless.
