The reason this thread is longer is because URSAY is responding to every single person as of 2 days ago when we hired him.
Your first statement is false because we honor the price and give refunds from time of deposit, which Ive said countless times in this thread.
I appreciate your patience here, we're doing our best with this volume explosion that we've seen.
At the end of the day, we've never scammed anyone and don't intend to do so. We'd appreciate if you treat us with the same respect we treat you with.
Anyways, your order failed because someone tried manually processing a few times and it froze up.
I cancelled it and reprocess it without any fees.
