Once it holds its 10th position there will be more potentional investors lining up to buy ICN.
I feel maybe the steem pump was to keep it above ICN on coinmarketcap. Tech is solid and it's going to attract big money real fast.
Top 10 definitely get most of the attention, and ICN is really right there.
