So far the dev is still not updating this thread but I'm sure he will come out with a better plan for CGC Project he is a good dev he pays us even though the ico did not reach the target and investors are refunded.

Yes people will get paid, some people worked hard and respected rules of the contest, they fully deserve to be paid.
We're double checking the posts to be sure rankings are correct. First 0.10 BTC already paid and TX IDs published on "signature thread". Soon your category will be paid too, and we will publish transactions IDs of your category.
We also planned to pay CGC rewards, but since ICO failed you understand it will take some time. (Same for Translation Bounties)
Our best plan B (so far) is to start a Rocket ICO on Yobit, we are still looking for crowdfunding to finish the games engines..
I that case you have to wait Rocket ICO ends and we release wallet.
To sum it up: we promised BTC and CGC rewards for SIGNATURES/TRANSLATIONS/LOGO/GRAPHICS/SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS/PROMOTION bounties.
We already paid BTC rewards. We didn't pay CGC rewards yet.
There is a simple reason: CGC wallet is not released to the public yet. That's all.
Yobit Rocket ICO rules clearly don't permit that. The exchange will test source code before accepting/refusing the coin. It will take a few days, please be patient, we are also working on small game engine improvements and we will update you as soon as we're ready.
