Guys I am getting worried that this is a scam. I reached SebastianJU for refund and he says he did not received escrow.
I am sent 2 emails to dev he is not responding.
If you invested in CGC Project ICO you should ask for a refund to SebastianJu, not to CGC Team. Reason is simple: Sebastian has full control over the funds because they were deposited into a BTC address of him.
This doesn't mean we can't help you though, we see you invested 0.10 BTC with us on January the 8th and they were succesfully deposited to escrow address (0.09819807 BTC).
Did you failed to provide SebastianJu evidence of your payment? Did you invest from an exchange? Nothing is lost, seems like you're eligible for a refund... but if you paid from an exchange escrow rules may slow things down (for your own safety).
UPDATE: we contacted Sebastian, we offered to provide him our GoUrl username and password. GoUrl is the famous third party processor we used to manage the ICO. It may help him in a controversial case (e.g. you paid from an exchange/shared address, a thing we, and he, suggested not to do)
