So far the dev is still not updating this thread but I'm sure he will come out with a better plan for CGC Project he is a good dev he pays us even though the ico did not reach the target and investors are refunded.
He paid you because funds were escrowed and he had no say in that matter.He is not online since January 11, 2017 but I am not doubting his integrity.He looked serious with his project and it is unfortunate he could not raised the required amount although it was just 10btc.
I would like to believe that he is busy with yobit ICO preparation as many people here looking forward to it.
I also believe that it could be yobit or ccex,these are a good platform to hold another round of ico but this time I wish him success,he needs to continue this project because it has a big potential to make it big in the market many bitcointalk members are supporting this coin.
We see the next few days wrote a friend.

Let me guess... You didn't get any CGC reward/bounty yet... (because we already paid all BTC rewards)
Question: Did you reach the minimum "25 posts" limit ? It was 50 but we lowered it to 25 after campaign closed, in order to pay more people.
If the answer is no: no reward for you.
If the answer is yes: there is no conspiracy, the reason you didn't get paid is you do not have any wallet to receive rewards on, yet. Be patient, you'll be paid.
We would have loved paying you CGC. That would have meant ICO was succesfull (and we would have received BTC funds).
After a new ICO will be launched on Yobit, we will release the wallet. After ICO closes, you will be paid.
If we want to use Yobit Rocket ICO we have to respect their rules. Also, your CGC are worth nothing until ICO ends.. so there is no real hurry for you to "own" them.
Please forgive us if it takes time, but it's both in your and our interest (and also on Rocket ICO rules, available on their website).
