you're not aware about him scamming and are we able to know who the old owner is?
i'd understand if not but i'm not sure if the rest of the people he scam are going to give a chance to the account you are using. $450 may not be a huge amount for you anyway.
if you bought an adnetwork, that means you know how to run it and may have searched about his past. tell me i'm wrong.
