Until there is a stable exchange to pull BTE rates from. The rate is just OVER 9000 as its incredibly unrealistic 
Once I have a decent amount of BTC (Minng) The site will go 'live' and actually start paying people a nominal amount of BTE - Depending on how much BTC i have to start will depend on what the BTE per hit will be...

to like 0.05 or so, more then enough to be sent with little to no tx fee UPDATE;
My Unconfirmed: 0.82169320 BTE balance just shot up quite a bit. 1BTE withdraws might be more feasible then I originally thought
However CPU Miners could benefit from the lower withdraw rate.
