If you received the money then that money WAS NOT DOUBLE SPENT.

What do you think "double spent" means?  Do you think it means "coming from an unconfirmed transaction"?  Because that is WRONG. 

YOU RECEIVED THE MONEY!  Where else could he have double spent it?  Where?  Show me the transactions where he double spent the money.  You can't because you stole it from him.

To sum up:

1.  You don't know what double spending means

2.  You steal people's money

3.  You've stolen people's money under a different alias in the past and forgot to change your wallet address

4.  When confronted with your past fraud, you lied about buying a script
