Well you can go to #trading_blackbyte on Slack and see what's happening there, sellers and buyers do not seem to agree

The exact date will be announced later, for now we only have mid-Feb and yes there will be only one snapshot.

Yes. Your funds have to be there for the snapshot, you are neither obliged to have them now nor to leave them there after.
