You can join an ICO, some of altcoin price is rise until 3 times when it get in the exchanger site. So you will have big chance to grow your money.
Yes you are right some of the coins definitely increase in price when the ICOs finishes and the coin in launched to exchange. But keep in mind that not all of the coins and trusted. Only invest in those ICOs whom developers are active for their projects and they are fulfilling their promises given in their roadmap.
