Hi 4 days ago i send email regarding my payment that not being processed by coinizy? i already send some another email after that , yet no one from coinizy seems reply to me. can you do something about it? thanks
I know it's not support topic, but when we customer already send email but no one come to our help, to try resolve the problem together how we customer should supposed to do (coinizy even dont reply anything, i even dont know if my email already being read by them or not) ? i honestly think it's not fair to us sir, i mean you gave many gift to other member , yet you dont even reply our email, your customer, the one who really need your help. im sorry if it's mean to you, but i just so dissapoint that make burden into me , i just try to put some burden out of me
