It has always been the same, and it will always be the same. Nobody will or can do shit about it.
While there has always been a disparity in the distribution of wealth and in a way that is understandable, the difference has grew incredibly large in the last centuries, in the past there was not efficient medical attention whether you were rich or poor, now the richest have access to the best doctors, medicines and hospitals while the poor still don't have access to medical attention.
It seems to me that the problem with such an unequal distribution of wealth is due to the fact that the world economy is ruled by bankers. This allows you not to produce wealth, and thus earn more money.
