Cant argue that but how do we know it was not the tokes dev who self funded his project or a large portion of it.
Given the connections of that team, I don't believe that self funding would have been required. I put over a bitcoin into Tokes during that ICO, and it is true that the funding was relatively modest. They were starting the ICO at a less opportune time right before Christmas, and the marketing effort was put together last minute in order to coincide with the end of Incent's ICO. They did manage to find a small but loyal audience who are supportive of the project.
Anything is possible. I was watching that ico and the vidz ico at the same time. Decided to go into vidz but maybe I should give tokes another look.
