Mate, Ive been through the same phase as you about the same time last yeah. All I can say is try to forget what just happened and keep believing in yourself. You have done it once, you have the talent to do it again but before you get to that, take a few days off of gambling and try to figure out what you did wrong. Why did you lose so much in such short span of time? How can you improve on your strategy? Mayb a better bankroll management would help? Search answers for these questions and just trust in yourself. One more important thing that you need to remember is to forget what happened and whenever you do get back to gambling. Try not to chase the highs you previously achieved or the losses you faced.
