Unless you know someone is going to pump it, you will get a higher price and more interest on Bittrex than on Yobit. It would be worth the 3 BTC. Yobit lists every coin that pays 0.5 BTC so there are many coins there with 0 volume. Bittrex has few coins with 0 volume and you need an identity with listings now so you will be on the top of newest for weeks. The last coin Bittrex listed was on December 22.
